Every project begins with a quick 15-minute call to connect, learn more about your goals, and walk you through how our studio works. After our chat, we’ll send over a short questionnaire to better understand your needs, priorities, and vision before moving forward.
02. CONSULTATION + DESIGN PLAN
This in-home visit is where your vision starts to take shape. We’ll walk your space, dive into how you live, and gather all the details—photos, notes, and inspiration—that guide the design ahead.
03. CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Once we’re officially on board, we begin building the creative foundation. From space plans to mood boards, this phase sets the tone and direction for a design that feels distinctly yours.
04. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Here’s where it all comes to life. We refine the concept into a detailed, build-ready design—complete with floor plans, elevations, fixtures, and finishes—all thoughtfully layered to reflect your lifestyle and aesthetic.
05. PROCUREMENT
With selections finalized, we handle the behind-the-scenes coordination. From ordering materials to working with trades and vendors, we keep everything running smoothly and on schedule.
06. MANAGEMENT + INSTALLATION
Throughout construction, we stay closely involved through regular site visits and hands-on collaboration with your builder. Then comes the best part—furnishings, styling, and final touches—all managed by us so you can simply walk in and enjoy your new space!
